Placing your order

Shopping with JoiaStyleStudio.com is fun and easy.  Simply click the “Add to Bag” button for the item you want. Your shopping bag contents will appear. When you are ready to complete your order, you can proceed to the checkout. 

By law, JoiaStyleStudio.com collects sales tax for items placed in or shipped to Georgia.  Orders placed/shipped to  Georgia are subject to a 7.0% sales tax. The tax is automatically added at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. In order to make purchases, your issuing bank must be based either in the  US or in  Canada.   Also, your shipping address and credit card  billing address must be within the US or Canada as well.

JoiaStyleStudio.com has enlisted terrific and totally secure 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption for our site.  In addition, credit card and Paypal payments are handled with an even more intricate and secure processing server.  Once you complete the check out process, you will receive an email order confirmation and credit card payment receipt.  Once your order has shipped, we will add tracking and other important information to your account along with a notification email.

Shipping & Handling Information

Please allow 5-10 business days for the arrival of your merchandise based on availability of products and credit approval.  Please note that some custom and handmade items will take longer to process and ship. If your selected item fits into this category, the anticipated ship time will be stated in the item's description.

Many of the items in our store are handmade to ensure exclusivity. As a result, your order could be shipped to you directly from our designer's studio to ensure speedy delivery. 

Some items may be ready before others.  As a result, items may be shipped out individually.  However, you will only be charged one shipping rate (when applicable).

If an item is unavailable or will be delayed, we will notify you via email. 

We ship via UPS and USPS as a result we cannot ship toPO boxes. If you are located inAlaska orHawaii, we must ship your order via USPS.   If you are ordering fromCanada, Canadian customs may charge you tax and duty for your package.  This must be paid separately and directly by you to Canadian customs.

Once your order has shipped, we will add tracking and other important information to your account along with a notification email.  Delivery/Order Shipment doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Shipping Fees

At Joia Style Studio LLC we strive to provide the highest quality and the most reliable shipping options. Shipping cost is based per order. At this time we are only able to ship to US and Canadian destinations. We use UPS and USPS for delivery. The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States & Canada (we do not ship to PO boxes). Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

* Circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, such as inclement weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS and/or USPS. In those rare conditions, the delivery times can be delayed; therefore, Joia Style Studio LLC cannot be held liable or guarantee a specific delivery date.

Return Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED BY CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. You may return or exchange items within 14 days or receipt of purchase.  Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of your receipt.

Please note that shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. 

Due to the nature of our designer items and/or health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom designs, vintage pieces (unless otherwise noted), final sale items, bath & beauty products, or earrings.

Handbags are eligible for same designer exchange only.

Damaged/Defective Goods
Joia Style Studio LLC and our designers take great care in inspecting each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or like item exchange.

Return Procedures

Return & Exchange Procedures

You must email us at return@joiastylestudio.com to request a “Return Authorization Form & Number" before you return any merchandise.  In this email please include:

  • Your contact information (including your phone number)
  • Order number (located on the right hand side of your packing slip)
  • A description of the item you want to return
  • Cost
  • Cause for return/exchange request

The return authorization number, packing slip and mailing instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please ship your items to us securely packed in its original packaging (if possible). Please include the Return Authorization Form and Number in your return package for quick processing. 

We strongly suggest that you ship all items through UPS or USPS with tracking and insurance services added. We do not accept COD deliveries.  If you choose to use the United States Postal Service, please use delivery confirmation. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Joia Style Studio LLC is not responsible nor will we process refunds/credits for items that are lost or damaged.

Refunds, merchandise credits or item exchanges will be made in the form of original payment and will be processed upon our receipt  and inspection of the package. If you choose to select a new item in exchange for your return, we will waive your standard shipping costs.

  1. How can I determine which size will fit me?
    We have provided size charts for our designers garments and/or accessories. Sizing does vary by designer so please review the size charts and measurements closely to ensure a proper fit. If you need further assistance with determining the proper size, please contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you!
  2. Can I request a catalog?
    Since our fashion selection is ever-changing, we do not release hard copy catalogs listing our products. To stay up-to-date with new products and sales from Joia Style Studio, be sure to bookmark our site in your browser!
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you prefer to use another form of payment (i.e. e-check, etc.) Paypal is the better choice. Creating a Paypal account is free and easy. Visit www.paypal.com for more information.
  4. Is my information secure when shopping online at Joia Style Studio LLC?
    Yes we use transactions protected by SSL.
  5. How will I know when my order has been received by Joia Style Studio LLC?
    You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and order total. We take pride in keeping our guests informed of their order progress and shipping information.
  6. Do you charge Sales Tax?
    By law, JoiaStyleStudio.com collects sales tax for items placed in or shipped toGeorgia.  Orders placed/shipped toGeorgia are subject to a 7.0% sales tax. The tax is automatically added at checkout.
  7. Can I place an order over the phone
    Unfortunately we do not accept phone orders.
